Hi there,

I’m Sharissa, founder of Leadership Mastery Alliance. I help high achieving leaders and executives function in their zone of genius, have rock solid confidence, a high level of influence and impact, all while enjoying work/life balance, feeling extremely valued and fulfilled in a career they love.

It definitely wasn’t a straight line getting to this point. I’ve come through my own journey of self discovery and pain when I was in a corporate career that just didn’t feel right. I was stressed and burned out but was blessed to find coaching. Once I did, my whole life changed. I felt energized again and more in control of my present and future (even at the job I had). I started to design the life I wanted, including how I wanted to feel, the impact I wanted to have and the freedom lifestyle to support my daughter, that was so important to me. I now help leaders and executives thrive and no longer feel bound by their jobs but free to have a career they absolutely love!

For over 15 years, I have the pleasure of working in and supporting a multitude of leaders and executives at companies such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Microsoft, Harpo Studios, Intuit, Bank of America, The United Nations, CNN, Victoria’s Secret, US Bank, Ameriprise Financial, Space Force, McCain Foods, and Nestle, among others. I have the honor of speaking at TEDx events, being a TEDx speaker coach, writing for Forbes and the Huffington Post, as well as being a member of Forbes Coaches Council, a University of South Florida Advisory Board Member and a Professor at Southeastern University. I use my experience to help leaders navigate blind spots to take their career and personal lives to the next level.

Oh! And in my spare time I am an adventurer and world traveler. I love experiencing new things and learning from people all over the world.
